SUPPLY CHAIN RISK MANAGEMENT PADA PRODUKSI ALAT SUNTIK VAKSIN MENGGUNAKAN FAULT TREE ANALYSIS (FTA) DAN FAILURE MODE AND EFFECT ANALYSIS (FMEA)

Tahun 2020 dimana terjadi pandemi covid-19 memberikan tantangan terutama pada industri yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan. Terjadinya hal tersebut menyebabkan kebutuhan terkait alat medis meningkat drastis. Peningkatan yang tajam secara tiba-tiba tidak sebanding dengan kemampuan produsen dalam memenuhi permintaan tersebut. Hal tersebut juga terjadi di PT Nipro Indonesia Jaya yang merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi alat suntik (syringe). Masalah yang timbul di perusahaan terkait dengan rantai pasok bahan dan produk alat suntik tersebut harus ditangani dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko untuk produk alat suntik yang meningkat karena banyak dibutuhkan selama pandemi untuk pelaksanaan vaksin. Proses penelitian ini diawali dari mengidentifikasi risiko hingga memberikan mitigasi risiko yang terdapat di perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Berdasarkan FTA diketahui bahwa masalah utama yang muncul yaitu tambahan biaya pinalti karena keterlambatan pengiriman alat suntik vaksin ke distributor, dimana terdapat delapan masalah yang menyebabkan terjadinya masalah utama. Analisis FMEA menunjukkan bahwa terdapat delapan kegagalan yang termasuk kedalam kategori risiko tinggi. Masing-masing risiko kemudian mendapat rekomendasi yang tepat untuk dapat ditangani.
